Retail Banking and Wealth Management serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as CRO Lead, EMEA, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets. 

Role Purpose

This role will report to the Regional Head of Acquisition and CRO and support with CRO operations within the DMES Regional Squads. 

  • Driving hypothesis generation and channel optimization for DMES squads, through AB testing and performance measurement across all digital platforms and channels (Email, SMS, Personalization, Content). 
  • Lead a team of CRO specialists.
  • Define and govern an optimization framework from hypothesis generation to testing output measurement, in line with the global KPI framework for messaging, content, paid media and SEO. 

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for all CRO outputs across all DMES squads in EMEA.
  • Work with local DMES markets and Regional DMES Squad leads to set up and deliver AB testing capability across multiple platforms. 
  • Identify opportunities to drive digital revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Lead business and tracking requirements to ensure that all our campaigns and hypothesis are measured correctly
  • Identify areas for improvement and facilitate root cause identification at a global level
  • Play a leadership role to support DMES in operating effectively as one team Regionally regardless of location across UK, UAE, CIIOM, FR
 

Qualifications

 

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Performance and CRO experience across multiple channels 
  • Experience in measuring optimization End to End 
  • An individual hugely passionate about the customer  
  • Results oriented with strong optimization, consultative and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual 
  • Strong business and commercial acumen with strong ability to solve business problems 
  • High level of interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with different stakeholder groups
  • Strong experience with Optimizely, Adobe Target and A4T
  • Experience of working in a large Digital organization and an understanding of the material differences of Digital Banking to other Banking divisions. 
  • Experience of working in a highly pressurized, cross functional department with a collaborative and flexible style
  • Obsession for customer experience, and the operational experience of delivery at pace
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred
