Position Requirements

McDonalds CrewMember :You'll work in the kitchen preparing food and at the front counter helping customers through the ordering process. Team member job duties include operating a cash register, running the drive-thru, cooking Big Macs and other menu items, cleaning the restaurant, and completing other assigned tasks.

Position Attributes

Customer Care Assistant : You'll be the person who offers our customers a warm welcome to the restaurant and anticipates what they need. That means everything from clearing trays and explaining the menu, to getting to know our regular customers. Working mostly in the dining area, You'll monitor quality and cleanliness and ensure everything runs smoothly. We'll train in you in our high standards of customer service, cleanliness and hygiene. But the rest is up to you!
