The PI Crew Leader is responsible for the daily work activities of a small group of employees within the PI Department.  Position will utilize expertise in the area to fulfill a production schedule in addition to training and troubleshooting issues within the crew. Responsibilities include:

• Completion of 40+ -hour work schedule weekly.
• Oversight of daily work activities of assigned crew to ensure safety, quality, cost and delivery requirements are achieved, including keeping production on schedule and monitoring breaks and lunch times.
• Coordinate the work of the team and makes substitution to ensure proper coverage.
• Responsible for product movement in conjunction with Supervisor and Group Leader.
• Ensure team completes 5S+ and housekeeping requirements daily.
• Completion of out of phase defect work.
• Assist with specialized training of crew and new team members in conjunction with Group Leader.
• Demonstrate a culture of communication, collaboration, and recognition while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
• Crew responsibility will consist of 5 to 10 employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
