What will you be doing?  
You will be responsible for contributing towards the delivery of the analytics roadmap, identifying opportunities by pulling insight from our data and supporting the drive for a continuous improvement in our decision making, as part of the wider Credit Risk, Billings and Collections team. 

You will be involved in all strategy and analytical projects for Credit Risk, Billing and Collections, providing insights and recommendations for decision enhancements or operational efficiencies, as well as supporting/conducting model developments in conjunction with our modelling team.

The team are responsible for managing the strategies supporting over 400k applications each month and 200k customers entering collections, protecting annual value of more than £300m.
 

Who are we looking for?   

• Highly numerate, analytical thinker. Able to identify opportunities and drive insight and appropriate action from data.
• Proven communication skills. Ability to translate complex data into insights and to promote discussion with managers and key stakeholders.
• Commercial experience coding in either SQL/SAS/Python similar and Excel.
• Strongly analytical background, ideally within the financial services or telecoms industries.
