What will you be doing?
We need a talented analyst with a passion for Credit Risk to help us develop, test and deploy our business rules and models into our various Credit Decisioning systems. As part of the Credit Risk team you will be responsible for transforming insights from across the team into actions to help ensure the best outcome for our Consumer & Enterprise customers.
• Configuration, testing and support in Decision Modeller for implementing changes for Credit Risk.
• Work with 3rd party vendor resource to ensure best practices and advise Senior Credit Risk Manager on new technologies
• Continuously investigate opportunities to optimise and simplify existing risk strategies and maintain supporting documentation
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements arising from new models and prioritise requests
• Work with Credit Decisions Manager on technical deliveries to support major business initiatives.
Who are we looking for?
• Solid experience of deployment and management of business rules (Credit based tools like Decision Modeller, Blaze Advisor, Debt Manager or Strategy Manager would be a big advantage)
• Excellent communication skills, ability to translate complex data requirements into technical design
• Stakeholder management skills and the confidence to present own findings
• Experience in a Credit Risk environment & familiarity in credit risk modelling concepts would be desirable
• Experience deploying business rules
• Strong technical background
