Job description

As a Credit Controller you will work in the Credit Management department and you will be part of the Finance team. You already have some experience with Credit Management and this organization offers you the opportunity to fully specialize in this. Together with the Credit Manager with whom you work closely, you are responsible for the debtor portfolio. You have daily contact with debtors and customers and you have an advisory role. You guide your customers in the field of cash in, you check whether the agreements made are being met and you strive to prevent risks because, after all, "prevention is better than cure". You also maintain contact with collection agencies and credit insurers.

You will also be involved in credit analyses, credit limits, reminders, making cash overviews and monthly reports. Working with Excel is no problem for you to, for example, create a pivot table or an analysis. As a Credit Controller you are in frequent contact with your colleagues from other departments about, for example, certain risks. You do not run away from a healthy discussion because you always take optimizing the process as a starting point. Your enterprising attitude ensures that submitting proposals for improvements goes without saying.

Job requirements

You meet the following requirements. 

• You have at least a completed MBO education in a financial or economic direction and/or a Practical Diploma in Accounting;
• You have work experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar position is a big advantage;
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing!;
• You have experience with administrative packages (for example Exact Finance, Office);
• Experience in debt collection is a plus;

Working conditions

You will be working for an informal company. You will receive a nice salary, depending on your knowledge and work experience, between € 2,500 and € 3,500 based on 40 hours a week. You will be employed immediately and will receive 27 vacation days, a 13th month and sufficient training opportunities. You also get a nice office, nice colleagues and a wonderful feeling at home! The department is known for their positive drive and enthusiasm.
