Job Description

Role overview

  • You’ll work closely with our Events team to design and develop creative events solution, and this could include anything from written prose to content creation
  • You’ll provide strategic support across the venue find and events business, which will involve idea generation for creative proposals, RFI/RFPs, and venue proposals
  • You’ll support the Venue Find and Events Teams with event briefs and tenders for both new and existing customers, as well as overall team development and the achievement of our KPI’s
  • You’ll also be an Agiito brand ambassador, supporting with both the venue find and event-based marketing collateral.

What you'll be doing:

  • Getting to know our customers to grasp a real understanding of their brand, vision and objectives
  • Writing and developing high quality content for corporate events, event proposals, and tenders
  • Supporting with the design of all event related imagery in line with our customers’ strategic objectives
  • Taking ownership of strategic tenders, while engaging with the Venue Find and Events teams to drive engaging solutions
  • Designing and managing all customer supporting documentation required for pitches and presentations, as well as attending event pitches as and when required
  • Working in collaboration with Agiito’s wider team to support with sales opportunities
  • Acting as a Brand Ambassador for all operational sales presentations and collateral, and continually make sure it’s up to date
  • Supporting the Events Team on the post-tender requests, as applicable
  • Gaining a strong understanding of Agiito’s value proposition across all products and services
  • Understanding Agiito’s market position and points of differentiation.

  • Tried and tested creative experience
  • Confident presenter and team player
