Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Accurately interpreting and delivering on design briefs within agreed timelines by reworking or creation of new collateral, digital artwork and assets based on creative concepts and templates from the Creative Director.
  • Maintaining an intimate knowledge and understanding of brand guidelines.
  • Be a strong brand guardian, helping to ensure consistency and quality is maintained across the business. Advising and correcting formatting of designs and presentations from internal stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the design and creation of visually impactful pitches and tender presentations in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Producing elegant, accurate and legible typography at all times.
  • Building strong partnerships within the marketing team, and other role interfaces to better identify and advise on creative that is unique, engaging and effective.
  • Research and detect new trends in graphic design and digital innovations, seeking out new ways of doing things and contributing your ideas to the team

What we’re looking for:

  • Sound technical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite –Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Competent Microsoft Office user – particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Demonstrable flair for design with strong visual and typography skills.
  • Proven meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Problem solver who takes accountability and ownership of their projects.
  • You will be friendly and approachable, showing strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate with others
  • Be able to work as part of a team but also to stay motivated when working remotely.
  • Excellent time and project management skills with ability to stick to tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and ability to pick new skills and processes quickly.
  • Previous experience of working in a digital environment and/or with animation is desirable but not essential.
