Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of advertising and eCommerce, and offers advertisers a rich array of media solutions across Amazon芒鈧劉s mobile and desktop websites, proprietary devices including Kindle and Fire TV, and the Amazon Programmatic Demand Side Platform. We are looking for a highly motivated Creative Agency Campaign and Creative Manager (CCM) who is passionate about helping our advertisers make effective, analytically driven marketing decisions through partnerships with Creative Agencies. This is a new role to the team and provides the opportunity to Think Big in building relationships with the top Creative Agencies globally by providing them with strategic and creative guidance as they work with Amazon.

A Day in the life
You will develop direct relationships with Creative Agencies who partner with Advertisers to launch campaigns on Amazon. As part of this role you will be involved in the ideation and project management of select campaigns, make data-driven creative strategy recommendations, and provide ongoing Creative Agency education, all aimed at helping advertisers grow their business on Amazon while upholding our end customers芒鈧劉 experience. You will work with Creative Agency partners to deliver results that matter to our advertisers for long-term growth. This means diving deep on creative data, recommending creative testing, and providing creative insights. The role provides a fast-paced environment that offers team members continual opportunities to learn, be curious and develop their skills. It also offers the chance to partner with a range of internal team members in a collaborative fashion.
About the team
The broader CCM team provides efficient and accurate campaign management for advertisers on Amazon while identifying opportunities to continuously improve our workflows and implement best practices across teams.

脗路 Develop and maintain relationships with Creative Agencies in partnership with Sales and Account Management
脗路 Manage the planning and delivery of high quality advertiser engagements to educate Creative Agencies on Amazon policies and creative best practices to positively impact campaign performance
脗路 Support the execution of complex advertising campaigns with Creative Agencies, advertisers and internal stakeholders
脗路 Consulting with agencies and their advertisers on creative strategy using historical advertiser and industry data
脗路 Dive deep on data to develop and manage process and product improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders to improve cross-vertical/cross-locale efficiency
脗路 Participating in both internal and agency/advertiser-facing business reviews and providing insights that impact teams cross-vertical and cross-locale
脗路 Develop innovative executions with Creative Agencies and internal partners during the pre-sales stage
脗路 Experienced in digital advertising, project or program management
脗路 Experience working for or with Creative Agencies
脗路 Experienced in a strategic client services role working with Fortune 100 brands
脗路 Understanding of digital creative production, ad serving, cross-channel attribution, and media analytics
脗路 Proven track record of creating processes and improving tools that have measurably improved productivity, quality, or advertiser experience
脗路 Bachelor's degree required
脗路 Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
脗路 Bachelors芒鈧劉 degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
脗路 Digital advertising experience and understanding of related ad specifications, file formats and technologies
脗路 Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
脗路 Experience managing and or coordinating projects in a fast pace environment
脗路 Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
脗路 Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational capabilities
脗路 Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment
