Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Presentation of cases at court including any required aspects of pre or post court work
- Attend court in person or via remote access
- Have a working understanding of SiteLink in order to facilitate remote access to court
- Build good working relationships with court officials
- Maximise cost effectiveness of court attendance
- Promote business policy and procedures
- Compile reports as required by CPM
- Attend Court User Group Meetings if and when required
- The selling of appropriate licences to Defendants at court
- Maintain an effective deterrent against evasion of the TV Licence
- To ensure all Group Essential Training is up to date
