Background
- DCOO Procurement IT request the need for a Coupa Solution Architect / Configuration Lead with an “expert†understanding of the Source to Pay process
- Procurement are in process of moving to Coupa Procurement Spend Management to address their global Source to Pay process
- HSBC are working with a Tier 1 Coupa partner who are leading the first phase of our transformation for Source to Contract followed by Request to Pay
- The programme will replace legacy systems in operations with Coupa the strategic platform for Third Party Spend Management and integrate with Oracle Fusion where necessary to fulfil Supplier payments
- HSBC require a strong technology advisor to support and lead HSBC IT teams across Change and Service management
- This position expects a high degree of Coupa Solution Architecture and Coupa Configuration expertise and help IT senior leaders frame Coupa strategy
- HSBC will transition their Source to Pay processes in over 60 countries to Coupa over the next few years

Requirements
Essential Skillset/Experience
- Minimum 8+ years experience in Procurement technology, primarily Source to Pay with implementation of Tier 1 IT solutions (Coupa, SAP, Oracle etc)
- Over 3 Coupa implementations in Financial, Insurance, or Tier 1 companies of significant size
- The SME must have Platform certification and additional Coupa certifications to support experiences achieved
- Strong SME Functional experience in configuration and integration
- Ability to perform IT advisory for HSBC for best practice in simplifying bank processes
- Understanding of how Coupa can integrate to ERP system like Oracle Fusion and address invoice, tax accounting handling
- Excellent communication skills as leading stakeholder workshops and meetings will be mandatory (including System Integrator experience)
- Experience working with Tier 1 Supplier Integrators in Coupa transformation
- Contribute in how to best implement a production support model. Core understanding of Agile Methodology and Change Management processes
- Work closely with IT project management and IT operational teams providing support and guidance
