Job Description

The post holder will assist with the implementation, delivery and play an integral part in developing, testing, implementing and maintaining CPS and CJS change initiatives in conjunction with Area operational staff. Seeking continuous improvement and harnessing good practice are key elements of the role. You will provide support to Areas focusing on financial aspects in delivering new processes and systems to implement and sustain new ways of working, and providing solutions, in conjunction with the Area, to any barriers or difficulties they are facing as they implement change.

To engage with Area Senior Managers, local managers and staff in relation to the planning and delivery of all major change initiatives to provide any support required and to seek good practice. The post holder will Lead on delivering outputs including the CNRM project, Costings analysis work as well as assisting with Finance Projects and Financial systems where possible/necessary
