What you’ll achieve

A Sustainability Messaging Consultant is a storyteller who builds highly differentiated messaging, sales enablement content, and programs that clearly articulates the unique value proposition of Dell Technologies to our customers, partners, investors and the industry. These stories amplify Dell Technologies’ purpose to advance human progress in the areas of climate, circular economy and sustainable supply chain.

You will:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to create and/or modify a customer-centric sustainability message and positioning stories around assigned topics for our circular economy and climate initiatives.

• Analyze industry trends and information from external and internal research and engage with subject matter experts, analysts, our product, services and sales teams to develop our social impact/sustainability messages.

• Create point of view documents, executive summaries and talking points, customer presentations, sales enablement content (pitch decks, battle cards, brochures, videos, infographics) and input briefs to create other targeted assets specific to communicating our sustainability goals and initiatives

• Build and drive sustainability awareness through evangelizing, writing, speaking engagements, trainings, podcasts, blogs, interviews and/or keynoting events

Essential Requirements

• 12+ years of related experience in messaging, sustainability marketing or communications, with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree

• Solid communication, writing, editing, creative problem-solving and PowerPoint skills to develop compelling stories, visual presentations, and other content

• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization including executive leadership as well as customers, press and industry analysts

• Ability to research and then present complex topics in simple, compelling, innovative and differentiated terms to all audiences

• Ability to influence others, think strategically, solve problems creatively, and drive program forward even when dealing change or ambiguity.

Desirable Requirements

• Awareness of Dell Technologies social impact goals, products, solutions, and services portfolios, and/or similar portfolios and companies
