WHAT YOU’LL DO
Perform administrative functions of the department including answering phones, calendar management, meeting/event planning, coordinating and scheduling travel arrangements, tracking travel and budget expenditures, basic computer and IT support, including coordination with Abbott desk support, managing correspondence, assisting in preparation of executive briefs, processing expense reports, creating of modifying documents, preparing presentations from source materials, managing office supplies, and other administrative duties as necessary.Â
