In this role you’ll have the opportunity to be part of an amazing and agile team responsible for hiring best-in-class talent. As part of the larger People organization, Recruiting acts as the gatekeepers of Apple culture by providing an extraordinary experience to both, our internal business partners and our candidates. Apple Recruiters are strategic partners for the business they support, and compelling ambassadors of Apple. This role will support the hiring efforts for our Marketing divisions, from Product Marketing, to PR, to Marcom. We are hiring for these teams across Europe, the Middle East, Russia & Turkey. Key Qualifications

  • In-house recruiting and/or specific agency experience that is relevant to Marketing, ideally with a focus on hiring Creative talent across Copy Writing, Design, User Experience etc.
  • Experience of working across all levels, from senior to junior recruitment campaigns.
  • You’ll be a comfortable competency based interviewer with experience of interviewing across different regions/cultures.
  • We want you to be insanely passionate about Apple, and ideally have an appreciation for Apple’s Marketing campaigns and our tone of voice. You’ll use this to assess a candidate’s suitability, and are able to articulate feedback and recognise fundamental requirements in experience and style.
  • You will have strong listening skills and are an excellent communicator, interacting credibly with people from all levels of an organisation.
  • You’re highly organised and able to prioritise and drive efficiencies.
  • You are someone who enjoys actively building cross-functional relationships.
  • You cultivate positive relationships and work collaboratively with peers and team-members at all times.
  • Positively influence the performance of the wider team and add to the team cohesiveness and success.
  • Be viewed as approachable, candid, resourceful, knowledgeable, and engaged.
  • A high level of curiosity and emotional intelligence is essential.
