In this role you’ll have the opportunity to join an amazing, robust, and agile team responsible for hiring best-in-class talent. As part of the larger People organization, Recruiting acts as the gatekeepers of Apple culture by providing an extraordinary experience to both our internal business partners and candidates. Apple Recruiters are strategic partners for the business they support, and compelling ambassadors of Apple. This exciting role will support our hiring efforts across the services groups but specifically within our Wallets, Payments and Commerce divisions. Key Qualifications

  • In-house recruiting and/or specific agency experience that is relevant to the finance sector, ideally with emerging payment platform or fintech experience.
  • Experience of executing at all levels from senior to junior recruitment campaigns across Europe.
  • You’ll be comfortable with competency based assessment.
  • Technically proficient, CMS/ATS experience preferred.
  • Analytical and comfortable with data and financials.
  • 2nd European language desirable but not required.

Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for hiring needsDeliver an outstanding customer and candidate experiencePartner with the business unit leaders to drive recruitment efficiency in a solely direct modelInterview prospective candidates and provide compelling candidate insight and opinion throughout the process Interpreting data on assigned projects where appropriateLead ad-hoc confidential/business critical assignments
