• Knowledge in: management and knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils, food preparation times, personnel management and administrative controls.

Activities to perform:

• Carry out the reception of raw material according to the PEPS system.

• Clean the work area in accordance with the company's sanitary procedures. Supervise and elaborate the production of inputs for the menu.

• Review product rotation and labeling. Support the chef in the assigned activities.

• Carry out inventories of critical products in your area.

• Carry out tours and logs of your work area.
