Job Description
The overall purpose of this role is to help support the CRO manager in the optimisation strategy and to develop the testing and the personalisation roadmap across multiple websites. Aiding in the delivery of Frasers Group’s CRO programmes, a part of the role will also be to develop and/or identify opportunities to increase conversions for our broad brands portfolio.
Support the CRO Manager to plan and deliver optimisation and personalisation roadmaps in line with quarterly targets.
- Assist in the implementation and management of all tools and technologies to help successfully deliver the CRO programme at Frasers Group.
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of all testing across all websites, using an iterative approach, optimising and refining to work towards goals of improving web KPIs.
- Analyse and report on test results to determine the impact on UX and it's subsequent ROI, and analyse trends to produce actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities and make recommendations for further improvements to the customer journey that will drive customer satisfaction, loyalty and profitability.
- Supporting the development and execution of A/B tests and multivariate experiments using Dynamic Yield, by feeding in new ideas into our roadmaps of tests and managing these from end to end.
- Support on-site personalisation and audience based targeting strategy, identifying signals that can be used to further tailor the website to make it more relevant and easier to use for customers.
- Responsible for crafting and prioritising hypotheses, and the coordination of design, development and QA stages of test delivery (via agency or internal resource).
- Responsible for coordinating directly and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders: Trading team, UX designers, CRM team, Web Developers and agencies to manage the delivery of optimisation programmes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in conversion rate optimisation on relevant personalisation software (Optimizely, AB Tasty, Monetate, Dynamic Yield etc.).
- Deep understanding and experience of key elements that impact conversation e.g. customer journey management, website personalisation, online merchandising, A/B and multi testing, customer segmentation, competitors benchmarking, etc.
- Experience of planning, running and delivering optimisation projects.
- Strong analytical skills with working knowledge in analytics packages e.g. Google Analytics etc
- Good time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adopt different user testing strategies and analysis of testing results to drive decision making and product improvements.
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver.
- A keen eye for detail and design.
- Good stakeholders management, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Driven and motivated to be part of a CRO team that adapts, develops, and grows through continuous feedback and improvement.
- Experience in the eCommerce industry is required.
- Knowledge of HTML, Javascript and CSS is a plus.
- Valid working rights for the EMEA countries.
