Partner with the best
 Reporting to the Director of Operations. This role will be engaged from project bid thru the execution phase to ensure all project elements required are coordinated.

 As Contract Performance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Serving as a key interface and regular engagement with the Customer, Emissions Management  and Operations teams
• Accountable for the following areas infront of the customer including on time delivery of contracts, customer relationships, margin expansion, scope expansion.
• Responsibility for all aspects of coordination of personnel to drive resolution and closure of Customer Complaints (CIR), Non-Productive Time (NPT) business quality / KPI reporting for owned customer portfolio
• Serving as Customer and Services interface (point of contact) through project execution phase for any personnel operational planning, installation schedules and tooling / spares requirements
• Taking ownership of the service commercial / contractual elements in the main contract and have responsibility for ensuring all contractual requirements relating to service is understood communicated both internally and with the customer and takes the responsibility to ensure they are actioned accordingly
• Serving as Customer and Services interface (point of contact) through project execution phase for any personnel operational planning, installation schedules and tooling / spares requirements

• Have a Bachelors degree in a related field or demonstrate equivalent expertise gained in project / commercial management
• Demonstrate a  customer-focused  mindset
• Be able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory role with a similar fast paced environment
