Contract Analyst

The Contract Analyst’s role ensures contract-data is accurately loaded based on customer and vendor specifications, while ensuring we meet vendor and customer rules around eligibility and accuracy in pricing.

The primary responsibilities of this position is to manage contract agreements, analyze contract performance and ensure accurate customer pricing and membership.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage supplier and customer pricing and membership agreements for internal and external partners
• Review contracts, amendments and identify action items and compliance issues
• Manage member access to supplier and customer contract pricing
• Manages supplier and customer pricing and membership issues, and takes corrective action as needed within established timelines
• Escalates issues to management in a timely manner
• Prepares and reviews monthly reports, and other reports as assigned or requested by management
• Works collaboratively on projects to identify solutions and process improvements

Core Competencies & Skills

• 5 years of equivalent working experience; 1-4 with BA/AB
• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Intermediate analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience analyzing data, and skilled data entry required
• Modern ERP Software (SAP and/or Oracle) experience preferred
• Contract, Pricing and Membership eligibility experience plus
• Healthcare or pharmacy experience is a plus
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage timelines and meet specific deadlines
• Ability to interface with internal customers in a profession and ethical manner
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Basic financial and business acumen

This role is WFH which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
