Salary: $75,000 - $100,000

The Project Manager will serve as an internal consultant, working across the ABM enterprise to identify opportunities to drive business and operational efficiencies, process designs, future state plans, executes process changes, and embeds the new processes and procedures into the organization for long term sustainability. The Project Manager will partner with leadership across all lines of business to ensure changes to the operating model contributes to improvements in customer metrics and satisfaction, financial performance, and employee engagement. The Project Manager will be expected to deliver measurable results while leading the change management efforts to build support and buy-in from employees and leadership teams. 

  • Drive Strategic Planning to identify and prioritize projects to align with corporate goals and objectives
  • Oversee prioritization, assignment, and performance of Continuous Process Improvement projects working closely with associates, manager and executive leadership to ensure positive business outcomes
  • Act as the primary project leader for Continuous Process Improvement within the organization
  • Ensure Continuous Process Improvement goals and objectives are met
  • Build business process expertise within the team and develop best practices
  • Manage Continual Process Improvement efforts utilizing a standard process for monitoring, refining, and optimizing overall effectiveness (efficiency, productivity, and quality)
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with IT to ensure that corporate technologies are optimized in Continuous Process Improvement efforts
  • Regularly interact with executives and/or major clients
  • KPI development to measure and monitor long term sustainability
  • Oversee the development of business analytics to identify and drive opportunities for data-based business decisions
  • Documentation, training, and on-going support to internal customers
  • Structure and execute projects to improve profitability and customer service
  • Structure projects – including value levers and potential, cross-functional participation & requirements, activities and timeline, costs and risks
  • Closely collaborate with senior division and functional leaders at the Director, VP, and SVP levels to generate project sponsorship, participation, and buy-in
  • Develop and coach analysts/consultants to build consulting toolkit across problem solving skills, internal client relationships, and presentation skills. 
  • Role model inspirational leadership

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree minimum (MBA Preferred)  
  • Deep understanding of analytics and process excellence
  • Background in driving Lean Six Sigma Projects and Execution
  • Internal or External Consulting background preferred
  • Black Belt certification preferred
  • Green Belt certification required
  • Must have a customer service orientation
  • Self-starter with gravitas to work across all levels and motivate variety of teams, without actual reporting structure
  • Strong on integrity, flexibility, creativity, innovation and passion
  • Results orientated
  • Travel is 60% to 75%
