What you’ll be doing:

  • Researching and writing articles, video scripts, podcast scripts and any other forms of content
  • Pitching new, creative and relevant ideas that support marketing’s objectives
  • Taking a proactive role in shaping and implementing Capita’s content strategy and delivery
  • Liaising with the campaigns team to ensure all content is relevant and can be measured accordingly
  • Working with the campaigns team to establish relevant measures of success
  • Liaising with stakeholders across the business to ensure the smooth flow of content creation and approval

What we’re looking for:

  • A positive and proactive attitude – willing and able to go above and beyond to support the team and deliver great content
  • Experience conceiving and producing great content in a professional environment
  • Ability to measure content success and make recommendations on the back of this
  • Team player who is collaborative but also confident working independently and can make the right decisions autonomously
  • Experience working in marketing in a corporate environment
  • Background in the content side of Marketing with excellent content creation, production and execution skills
  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, problem solve and work across multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • A doer with strong organisational, multi-tasking and writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with others
  • Ability to align ideas to Capita brand and direction in a creative manner
