content Development:
- Shape, develop, implement and optimize marketing and digital content including digital brand and demand generation campaigns and content assets to drive customer conversion.
- Research, create, and edit content for all marketing vehicles: including Pardot emails, website, social, trade shows – by telling a simple and compelling, insight-driven story.
- Copyedit all content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain consistent voice that represents the brand, adjusting tone and style for each audience. Ensure Ingredion messages are consistent and adhere to corporate, legal, and regulatory standards & requirements by collaborating with these respective functional experts.
- Balance business objectives, stakeholder demands, and content topics to deliver an impactful and meaningful message
- Ensure content is published, course corrected/optimized, and retired (if applicable) on schedule and within budget.
Media Planning and Measurement:
- Collaborate with both creative and media agency partners to help shape the right content calendar and ensure cross-channel consistency.
- Amplify content assets across channels to unify customer-facing messaging and maximize return on invested resources.
- Analyze results, oversee content testing (if needed), and ensure content strategy meets objectives.
The Content Strategy Manager position will be well-suited for you if you have:

Qualified Candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field) required. Master’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
- At least 7 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Marketing/category experience in CPG (e.g., CPG or Ingredients Manufacturer, Retailer, Marketing Agency) and in Food & Beverage, Beauty & Personal Care, and/or Consumer Healthcare.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Knowledge and experience with communication and marketing tools, including advertising, content production and design – with particular focus on digital tools. Proven success in the use of digital media channels.
- Proven ability to connect marketing and communication strategy to business growth strategy.
- Excellent organization skills with demonstrated ability to manage major, complex projects and events (such as trade shows).
- Excellent project planning and time-management skills. Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on details, completing deliverables accurately and on time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including simple and visually based storytelling in PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and knowledge of marketing automation, content management, and CRM platforms.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed (and depending on COVID risk assessment) for customer events, trade shows, and among Ingredion sites (Westchester, IL, Bridgewater, NJ, and White Marsh, MD), including 2-3 weekends per year for trade shows (including Chicago, Los Angeles, Las Vegas).
