Content Strategist Manager
This position develops and prepares strategic content for internal and external platforms. This position works in collaboration with all levels including executive leadership and across business units, to deliver communications and content strategies within these areas and advance the overall corporate culture, reputation, and brand.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Here’s a look at the big asks we have for our next Content Strategist Manager:
Identify and execute against company and department goals and strategies, and collaborate with key teams to develop integrated program communication plans.
Maintain and provide access to various tools and resources in support of communications activities, including management of vendor relationships and budget planning and control.
Coordinate and collaborate with PR with Autotrader and across business units to ensure strategic alignment and consistency.
Start-to-end oversight of communication and presentation projects including strategy development, content development, overseeing design, production, stakeholder review and distribution.
Creation, maintenance and management of integrated content calendars.
Research, write and produce a variety of media in support of communication activities including: internal communications, videos (script writing), and presentations.
Provide communications support for Autotrader leadership and brand ambassadors.
Manage and deliver other projects and duties as assigned.

WHO YOU ARE
Qualifications:
5 years of relevant work experience.
BA/BS degree.
Or and equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Public Relations or related field preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly, concisely and creatively.
Solid writing skills with experience in crafting messaging for multiple audiences across internal and external channels, including corporate and/or marketing content, web content, video scripts, etc.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of external contractors and service providers.
Experience in development and execution of strategic communications plans across a complex, matrixed organization.
Strong project management skills from planning through execution using multiple channels and work with various stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively and foster productive relationships in a detail-oriented and fast paced environment
Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects from inception to completion, adhering to deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat)
