Key responsibilities include:
1. Quality Auditor Review
• Review ads and Search results [both sponsored and organic] for content quality based on guidelines
• Thoroughly check ad content with quality and accuracy
• Approve or disapprove new and changed ad submissions based on policy guidelines.
• Analyze data and evaluate trends/ patterns. Recommend generic pattern to be translated into Rules.
• Meets and/or exceeds productivity and accuracy targets for assigned audit/quality processes
• Execute on assigned project components of specific audit processes
• Writing emails to address concerns and report issues to Operations/Training team
2. Deep Dive & Process Improvements
• Work on Training Need Analysis (TNA) to be shared with the training Team for refresher.
• Work on SOP Docs to be used for CAPA sessions
• Drive process/system improvements basis ongoing trends/gaps identified
• Offering "remedial" instruction in tool usage and other topics as required
• Provides ideas for process improvements to enhance process efficiency, quality and customer experience
3. Maintaining Updates & Documentation and Monitoring workflow
• Escalating questions/issues from the team regarding the process and cascading updates to the team
• Suggesting issues/challenges with Training documents, Wiki pages with updates, SOPs & any other documents
• Monitoring workflow, participating in daily standups, updates and escalations
4. Review & Maintain internal process quality
• Providing specific & timely feedback to Moderators on errors & trends
• Mentoring new QAs
• Should be flexible to work in night shifts and rotational weeks offs

Basic qualifications
Basic Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English language. Should have completed minimum 12 months tenure with Amazon. Applicants performance record in attendance, productivity and quality will be considered Selection Process would include Written Test and Interview Should not be on active PIP/ Warning/ Dev Plan/ Bottom Quartile Should not be serving notice period
