Job summary
The Talent Acquisition Marketing team is looking for an experienced copywriter to support our campaigns and global marketing initiatives. You will join a group of design, content and marketing professionals and collaborate with other writers to plan, develop and manage the team’s written content. You will also participate in the definition and testing of our best practices and writing standards.
Your strong attention to detail and thorough knowledge of grammar will be your key tools to ensure the copy we create is best-in-class. You love writing and creating copy that benefits the end reader. You are also able to dive deep to edit short- and long-form copy, proofread final assets and contribute to guidelines to elevate the candidate experience with a consistent writing style.

Key job responsibilities
• Write copy for a variety of media including website copy, job descriptions, ad copy, email marketing content and other marketing materials
• Review and edit work at various stages of the writing process to ensure it meets content standards (e.g. style, readability, accessibility, brand guidelines)
• Writing content that is engaging and helpful to candidates while being aligned with our business, marketing strategy, and brand guidelines.
• Managing writing projects from start to finish, and coordinate with other content professionals on the creation of other content assets like photos, videos and graphics
• Learn about our candidates, what they need, what resonates and how to write engaging copy for them.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Perfect conduct of the English language both written and spoken.
• Professional experience in content writing, editing and proofreading
• Ability to think strategically about content creation
• Keen to learn new tools and skills to build on your strengths (we don’t expect you to be a master in all areas)
• Experience of defining content KPIs and tracking content performance with Adobe Analytics or other analytic tools
• Experience writing in a media organization (e.g. newspaper, magazine or online publication) or professional environment (e.g. creative or PR agency or corporate communications team)
• Experience as a content professional involved in developing guidelines and content best-practices within an organization
