Come and help us craft inspirational social experiences for children around the world! We are looking for someone curious and eager to understand and demonstrate the latest trends and market developments in the kids’ digital space.

Core Responsibilities

• Feed into the creation of an Editorial Strategy and then implement it by creating a high-level editorial plan 12-18 months ahead.

• Set content direction, TOV and strategy for content across our experience portfolio.

• Constantly seek new content opportunities, provide audience insights and take content to the next level in collaboration with Associate Content Managers.

• Monitor and optimize the engagement of consumers with our LEGO® owned properties to drive engagement and retention for the audience.

• Grow the audience base and further engage with audience based on defined key objectives.

• High level content performance and insights reporting across our portfolio.

• Lead the briefing process with internal and external agencies.

• Drive partner management and collaboration to ensure the best possible content production pipeline for our channels. Campaign and editorial alignment with key partners

The Editorial and Content team is responsible for crafting, running and marketing experiences that provide inspirational experiences to LEGO® fans of all ages, across all touch points – and with this role focused on kids and tweens as the primary target audience, child safety is at the core of everything we do. These experiences are essential to the wider Digital Ecosystem that ties together all digital LEGO experiences in meaningful ways, building deeper consumer engagement and improving consumer lifetime value.

Do you have what it takes?

A degree in a related field is not crucial for this role, rather a love and passion for what you do that has delivered phenomenal results.

• Experience in a senior digital content role

• A track record of creating editorial and/or publishing plans for digital marketing channels.

• Proven content management skills on content heavy platforms targeted at a kids' audience.

• Proficient in working at multiple speeds / timelines and with experience of optimising creative workflows.

• Willingness to take the initiative with a solution-oriented attitude and a drive to provide amazing consumer experiences.

• A collaborative and adaptable standout colleague that functions well in a fast-paced changing environment and a global team.

• Partner leadership skills and readiness to engage and contribute.

• Proficiency in English, written and spoken, is required. We see other language skills as a benefit and would love to hear about them.
