Job Description Summary
A brand new opportunity has just arisen in our growing call centre operation here with Capita for Customer Service Collections Agents / Advisors. This will be working on our high-profile Stirling Park contract so you will be given the opportunity to make a real difference in this role.
Handling inbound and outbound calls, you will be responsible for professionally negotiating payment arrangements and settlements on behalf of our clients. You will also manage your own portfolio of accounts, making appropriate recovery and legal action decisions where appropriate.
Salary: £18,525 PA per annum + Performance Bonus Scheme
Contract Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Permanent Full Time Position (Shift Rota will apply)
