Description and Requirements
1.Weekly BMS and biweekly Retail meeting with Central Asia Pacific Regional Retail manager
2.Lead and inspire promoter managers or field sales performance, collect and validate data accuracy to provide report with analysis insight per Central Asia Pacific guidance and local decision making
3.Work with local sales force, 4P and marketing teams to drive and ensure store programs execution, sell-out performance
4.Consolidated country view on sales and inventory planning by product ranges
5.Secure Retail Performance: monitoring slow sellers and work with country Product Marketing to provide prompt action e.g to reduce/increase prices or set promotions as necessary and analyzing every aspect of top sellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colors or styles)
6. Resource allocation strategy and execution includes GSP, SPE and man power territory design and adjustment
7.Gathering information on market, customers reactions, competitor dynamic in the aspects of product, pricing, promotion and channel allocation in a country view
