Role Summary

This role will be responsible for overseeing the day to day support for programming changes including launches, rebrands, removals and free previews.  Duties include updating and managing programming database, channel line ups plus internal and external communications.  Responsible for working closely with Consumer Product Marketing Strategy and Communications teams as well as other partners to ensure flawless execution of all programming needs. As needed, supports out of home video content changes; administrative support; as well as overall Consumer Product Marketing Operations responsibilities.

 

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

 

Updates and maintains programming database to support ongoing programming change requests.

Updates and maintains digital and print channel line ups.

Processes channel rebrands, launches, moves, removals and logo changes.

Works collaboratively with Consumer Product Marketing Strategy and Communications, Video Product Management, Engineering and Content Acquisition teams to flawlessly execute channel changes, free previews and events.

Develops and delivers internal communications utilizing various communication tactics including Channel Change Spreadsheet, intake process documents.  Provides input into weekly newsletter and bi-weekly go-to-market meetings.

Maintains accurate and up-to-date project and status updates in project management software.

Qualifications:

Minimum

5 or more years of experience preferred in a related field (e.g., Marketing in a competitive industry, Sales Operations etc.)  3+ years of experience if candidate possesses advanced degree

1 or more years of experience in a telecommunications industry 

Requires strong knowledge of Quickbase or other similar programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams. AirTable experience preferred.

Effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills; Presentation skills necessary to communicate and persuade a wide range of audiences

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a busy, fast-paced environment

Ability to respond with agility to changing market conditions and expedite processes when required

Ability to proactively identify and remedy issues

Ability to work productively in a virtual environment within the direct supervision

Incredible attention to detail

Team player with a can-do attitude that takes initiative

Ability to balance short and long-term priorities

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

 

Preferred

BS/BA degree in related discipline desired (i.e. Marketing, Business, etc.)

Product Marketing

Experience in telecommunications industry desired
