Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in video sales at a media company
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in performance Video and Display and knowledge of the competitive landscape (e.g. competing platforms)
Project management experience, leading and influencing complex strategic and operational initiatives
Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate in a clear manner.
Excellent communicator, able to develop and deliver a simple, compelling message
Ability to communicate with and to sales teams

Your industry knowledge and relationships allow you to successfully collaborate with the Sales, Product, Marketing, and Go-To-Market teams to effectively position our offerings and capitalize on the growth potential. As such you will play an integral role in building the video business for today, and helping it evolve into the future.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
Build VAC strategy for CG&E, working closely with regional Go-To-Market, Global Product Leads and Measurement team, CTV Video Lead and A&C Video Lead; Driving alignment across stakeholders in leadership, and collaborate with sales teams to execute annual growth plan.
Lead key VAC initiatives/communications across sector teams ensuring consistent and well-executed deployment at scale, through client and agency sales teams (e.g., VAC Adoption and ARPA, partner with DV Action Specialist).
Partner with stakeholders (e.g., Search, Measurement and Video SDM) on CG&E performance sales strategy and enablement plan (e.g., VAC/Discovery/Pmax).
Enable VAC growth by partnering with A&C Lead and Agency team to understand the role that VAC can play in driving business outcomes and holistic YouTube investment.
Lead scaled enablement efforts across critical VAC launches (e.g., CTV, Shorts, Shopping).
