Job Description
A Technical Writer, or Technical Communicator, creates and maintains documentation that includes, but is not limited to, Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions, Job Aids, Reference Tables, Training Curriculum, Talk Tracks and Announcements. The Technical Writer is responsible for generating innovative ideas for content while working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The position researches job roles, services, technology, and concepts to be documented and easily understood by a broad audience.

Required Qualifications
Minimal 3 years’ experience with writing Standard Operating Procedures, Work instructions and/or technical writing. Meeting facilitation experience with strength in managing remote attendees.

Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Writing or equivalent experience preferred.
