What you’ll achieve
Showcasing excellence and innovation at every stage, Product Management is responsible for the cross-functional management of products or solutions through their entire lifecycle. Using a wealth of technical and industry experience, we work across functional areas to implement our products or solutions. We undertake thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust our product strategies to respond to competition. Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or customer meetings.

You will

• Drives new product launches for a successful worldwide launch.
• Works across all functional areas, gathering inputs, updating product plans and roadmaps, and communicating the impact of product/ solution decisions to all stakeholders.
• Works extensively with Product Marketing/Go-to-Market to build product/ solutions marketing plans and drive them through the organization.
•  Manages and supports products through their entire life cycle.

Essential Requirements

• Marketing or Business Degree desired, College degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a matrix environment and capable of driving cross functional teams
• Ability to work effectively with senior management, work independently on your deliverables, but also collaboratively as part of a team.
• Possesses operational command of the business, strong communication and analytical skills.

Desirable Requirements

• Strong product or industry knowledge for enterprise or storage systems; Executive communication skills (verbal, written, and PowerPoint).
• Experience working in OEM or Embedded Markets.
