Consultant, Program Management

Our Engineering Project Management team oversees product data. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will coordinate the building and shipping of both new and ongoing systems, product marketing and sales, all in an effort to grow Dell Technologies' sales and gain market share.

What you’ll achieve

As a Consultant, Engineering Program Management you will lead large scale global initiatives in a fast paced, collaborative environment.  In this role, you will need to have experience with driving projects from an initial idea aligned business and market strategy. You will provide leadership to a team of business SMEs working hand in hand from ideation to delivery of large scale programs.  An outcome centric mindset is necessary to ensure dots can be connected between multiple initiatives to meet customer and industry needs. 

You will:

Lead cross-functional and global programs with companywide impacts by integrating own experience and industry best practices

Drive solution designs to complex business problems through in-depth analysis, coordination and negotiation with key decision makers

Guided by business plans and strategy, assess priorities and execute goals towards achieving defined outcomes

Analyze data and develop business metrics to support innovative solution

Develop alliances and influence a broad spectrum of stakeholders toward achieving program goals

Essential Requirements

Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience

Program management experience leading process improvement & technology based programs with global stakeholders

Previous work experience in data management solutions from a product management and/or development perspective

Analytical ability to connect the dots through collaboration, vision refinement, and articulating impact through business metrics

Desirable Requirements

Strong skills in Program management with PMP certification
