Job Responsibilities:

• Providing guidance for the team in approaching and securing sales from reputed buyers. 
• Scrutinizing the market to identify customer needs, competitors' activities, and promising avenues. 
• Formulating short and long-term strategies & action plan in consultation with the Board of Directors.
• Communicating strategies with staff to obtain their inputs and review their performance.
• Advising staff of appropriate techniques to support the utility of business strategies.

Candidate Profile :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cinnamon exports and related scope of business activities.
• Complete understanding of international cinnamon market trends. 
• Excellent communicating and negotiating skills with high level of business acumen.
• Ability to guide the cinnamon export division to trade independently while developing a solid base of potential customers.
• A retired person who has held senior position in a cinnamon export company too will be considered.
