About the role

The role holder is responsible for being the go to subject matter expert on the VMO2 capabilities across the connectivity cloud and security technologies to our Multinational, Enterprise and Public Sector customers, to deliver sales growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve Sales Targets working collaboratively with sales colleagues in our Enterprise customer base.
  2. Working with internal stakeholders to set the strategy and priorities for development of the Connectivity, cloud & security product portfolio, and to ensure alignment with other capabilities required to deliver an end-2-end solution for enterprise & public sector customers
  3. Achieving Sales Targets through
  • Demand generation activity in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, & vendors/third parties.
  • Building awareness, understanding, and prospecting capability within the direct account teams to identify and uncover high quality prospects
  • Owning and leading new business opportunities from qualification through to deal closure
  • Working experience of opportunity qualification and account planning methodologies
  • Promoting VMO2’s connectivity, cloud and security capabilities in the marketplace
  1. Capturing customer insight and influencing the product roadmap so that we develop products and services that challenge the market and exceed expectations
  2. Proven industry sales experience of successfully selling within the connectivity, cloud, and security sector

 

What We Need from You:

Essential Skills:

  • Proven track record of delivering to an individual sales target
  • Experience of successfully selling the following solutions SD-WAN, WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, Data Centre, Network, and cloud infrastructure. Private, public and hybrid cloud deployments
  • Effective and confident engagements at CxO level and the ability to clearly articulate business benefits driven from technical solutions.
  • Proven ability for managing the virtual teams from across multiple disciples
  • Peer contacts in Partners – to align opportunity management
