Northrop Grumman’s Enterprise Services organization is seeking an experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join the Information Technology team. The successful candidate will bring years of technical knowledge with enterprise experience in server systems administration managing multiple virtual clusters and physical servers. The candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to define large-scale project scope, required tasks to achieve stated goal, project deliverable and artifacts definition, project timeline development, scheduling, budget creation and resource management.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems / Networking / Computer Science or similar discipline or 5 or more years of experience;3 years with a Master's degree
Candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Proven experience resolving problems related to hardware, software, and virtual environments
Demonstrated ability to create, maintain and follow standard work documents and checklists
Converged Infrastructure setup, configuration and administration experience
Proficiency working in a Microsoft operating system environment
Follow established processes
Assist with touch labor activities depending on location
Assist with general Data Center Operations Tasks
Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
Participate in the ECSN Virtual Server Team assignments

Work Trouble Tickets
Patch Servers
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills
Experience with project management tools and presenting project data like status, risk and deliverables to key stakeholders
Previous experience working IT Infrastructure projects
Agile or SCRUM Certification
Knowledge about IT security procedures
Customer relationship skills - must have a passion for customer support
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
Ability to complete multiple simultaneous projects in a timely manner
Work as part of a larger IT team
Follow instructions
Work and act in a safe manner
Strong work ethic
Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines as needed
Requires attention to detail
AWS/Azure experience
Salary Range: $83,800 USD - $125,800 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
