Job Roles

• Supporting Design, modelling and Detailing activities for Library / Hardware components 
• Parts rationalization
• Collaboration with verticals on system level hardware parts/integration
• Use control assignment and updates
• Design reuse classification
• Part data population and cleanup

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in an accredited Engineering Program (Mechanical or Chemical preferred)
• 10 years of engineering experience
• Experience in component design and validation
• Have prior experience working with suppliers and procurement team
• High degree of familiarity with Engineering systems, Tools, processes and standards

Top candidates will also have

• Previous experience in one of the following areas: Engines, Drivetrain and Machines
• Emphasis on initiative and self-starting tasks
• Strong customer focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with US team and internal partners
• Experience working with external suppliers
• Proven ability to perform complex assignments, prioritize workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously
