The Compliance Risk Management Testing (CRMT) within the Risk Management Organization (RMO) performs compliance oversight testing and coordinates with Business Unit Compliance Officers as well as other risk stakeholders to address compliance risk and validate sufficient risk mitigation activities are in place, within various lines of business across the enterprise. The primary focus of this role is to lead complex Compliance testing projects. Candidate will design, test and manage assigned testing projects in support of testing requests from Test Plan Owners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1.    Support risk management activities through leading the assigned testing projects and issue management/validation.  
2.    Direct contact that helps to ensure connectivity with various business partners and stakeholders and utilizes risk judgment to risk rate findings identified during projects.
3.    Analyze operations processes and make suggestions to drive best control environment design.
4.    Provide Senior Compliance Analyst with testing instructions and assess the work completed.   
5.    Ability to communicate testing results and provide insight into compliance performance will be a key for this role.  

Qualifications 

Required Qualifications: 
1.    Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2.    Two years of compliance-related experience
3.    Five years of financial institution experience
4.    Demonstrated working knowledge of standard compliance concepts, practices, policies and related state and federal laws.  
5.    Detail orientated and strong analytical skills.
6.    Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills; proven ability to interact with all levels of management.
7.    Leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced compliance consultants and analysts.

Preferred Qualifications: 
1.    Experience in risk, operations, testing, and project management.  
2.    Demonstrated experience working with regulators and process/system control assessment.  
3.    Control design and effectiveness testing experience. 
4.    Knowledge of federal and state regulations. 
5.    Ability to utilize Word, Excel and PowerPoint with advanced skill level.  
6.    Experience developing written reports and presentation skills. 
7.    MBA or equivalent Master’s level degree.  
8.    CPA and Risk Certification (ex: Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)).    
9.    Experience with Archer.  
10.  Experience with sample selection methodology.
