The successful candidate will partner with Compensation Team leads, Employee Relations, People Business Partners, Legal, and Recruiters to support an innovative, global compensation strategy within the overall company compensation philosophy for the organization.

Key Qualifications

  • Strong fundamental business understanding with the ability to develop solutions that promote a fair and progressive compensation methodology while ensuring the broader needs of the business aligned
  • Experience implementing and managing global compensation programs
  • Working knowledge of Gender Pay pay reporting requirements and data needed
  • Prior experience running or participating in global pay equity process highly desired
  • Highly organized, with strong ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and focus on priorities
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with entry to mid-level management and proven support in accurate, effective and creative problem solving
  • Demonstrates ability to gain consensus and trust amongst partners and exhibits strength in influencing without authority
  • Exhibits interest in growing professionally and playing a hands-on role; can develop short and long-term tactical plans and is effective at navigating a lean, fast-paced environment

Description

Lead compensation activities for country specific gender pay gap reporting requirements.Understand and communicate existing and new country requirementsGather all data, partnering with Compensation Services, People Reporting, ER as necessaryPartner with consultant to complete calculations, analysis and results. Partner on overall process with cross functional team. Team lead by a PBPR project manager and may include legal, payroll, internal communications, PR, I&D, PBPs and employee relations.Where necessary, partner with ER to engage/communicate with works councils/employee groupsUnderstand and take ownership of the compensation elements of a number of EMEIA CBAs Collaborate with cross functional teams (Benefits, Employee Relations, Legal, Tax, HR) to raise level of understanding and clarify ongoing responsibilities over the various statutory requirements of each countries CBA(s)Provide Work Councils with education and information (and data requests) around any important updates to Apple compensation programs (e.g. changes to salary structures, impact of RSU vesting treatments)Help ensure the smooth execution of statutory salary increases (be that country wide or at individual employee level) and/or annual performance bonus elements of CBAsUpdate and maintain in-house systems (Workday) with CBA groupings and classifications and provide ’statutory’ reporting of job classifications to government bodies
