Job Description

Responsibilities

ï‚· Provides analytical and other professional level support to the compensation and benefits function and serve as an effective business partner to local HR.
ï‚· Conduct analyses on Compensation Programs, monitor trends and draw conclusions on findings. Work with corporate colleagues on process or program improvements.
ï‚· Support APR HR with the review of job descriptions/ job evaluations, determine job levels and align with benchmark.
ï‚· Support and guide the annual Compensation Review process.
ï‚· Support with annual compensation planning, budget planning, rate structures and assist in proving benchmark analysis.
ï‚· Participate in annual salary survey process. Gather appropriate compensation data elements as required by each survey. Work with survey vendors to ensure appropriate data submission.
ï‚· Drafts compensation and benefit plan administrative procedures and communications materials.
ï‚· Assist with implementation and optimization of regional and corporate projects.
ï‚· Assist Corporate Compensation with the day-to-day administration of the Global Mobility program: maintain master list of expatriates and those in consideration, facilitate/drive expatriation and repatriation processes to ensure deadlines are met, prepare documents required for immigration and Internal Audit purposes, review bi-weekly expatriate payroll calculations, conduct orientation meetings with employees, advise assignees and HR on assignment-related inquiries, and support with other tasks as needed
ï‚· Support Corporate Compensation with monthly Sales Variable Compensation accruals
ï‚· Assist Corporate Compensation with STI modeling as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s and above degree in Human Resources, Economics, business-related field
 Minimum of 5 years’ experience in International HR Operations or C&B teams
ï‚· Preferably worked in a corporate environment
ï‚· Experience with international employees and work environment
ï‚· Ability to prioritize work, handling multiple tasks, set goals and consistently delivers timely and accurate results
ï‚· Good communication skills
ï‚· Excellent analytical skills and interests
