Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and implementing program activities
  • Research writing and publications in the fields of conflict transformation and good governance. 
  • Planning and drafting of proposals, budgets and reports.

Qualifications: 

  • A bachelor's degree in fields of Political Science, Law, Business Administration or the Social Sciences with an interest in conflict transformation processes, constitutional reform and other governance issues. 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with high level of research and writing skills are preferable.
  • Good interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Tamil languages will be advantageous. 
  • Proficiency in Windows applications, Social Media and Web search capabilities.
