We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Employee Communications Manager, Private Bank, UK – 12-month secondment.
Sitting within the UK Communications team, this role acts as the communications business partner to the UK Private Banking division.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the Head of Global Private Banking in the UK (PBUK) and the UK senior leadership team, the role is responsible for managing and executing the employee communications strategy in order to drive employee engagement and help deliver the business’s people objectives, and for building relationships with and driving positive coverage in target media outlets.

The base location for this role is London or Birmingham but there will be an expectation to regularly attend the London Office
