What you’ll achieve
As a Commercial UPP Demand Planner, you will be responsible for the monthly Unit Production Plan submission for North America Displays and Client Peripherals portfolio as well as overall team Demand Planning dashboards creation and management. You will coordinate recommendations with cross functional teams including Product Managers, Supply/Demand, Field Marketing Managers, Sales and pricing. 

You will:

• Manage the UPP demand plan assigned products within current cadence of both prelim and final loads with inputs such as seasonality index, pipeline review and weight, historical trends and business objectives
• Identify risk through weekly activities including sales versus forecast, pipeline and market shifts
• Drive teams to develop and execute action plans to minimize risk:  Drive Plan of Record on all projects/responsibilities, ensure teams agree and execute 
• Executive communication and presentations regarding UPP plan, performance and market premium at both Fiscal and Calendar quarters
• Understand transition strategy and detail, lead regional discussion regarding upcoming transition planning, risk and alignment

Essential Requirements

• Degree and 4+years relevant demand supply or similar experience to include: seasonality, Quarter/quarter and Year/year growth rates, market share goals, product life cycle, large orders and promotions, marketing, transition management 
• Knowledge of predictive analytics (big data), forecast methodologies, risk mitigation, order management and fulfillment concepts and processes 
• Strong excel skills:  Basic knowledge in formulas and pivots or ability/interest to learn very important (VLOOKUP/SUMIF/CONCATENATE/ETC).  
• Demand waterfall analysis, segment level identification, ability to find root cause in demand driven issues 
• Ability to independently and deeply analyze/verify data from other teams regardless of format or source
