Job Description

  • THE ROLE

    The Commercial Support Administrator will be working closely with the Buying, Merchandising, Commercial Support and Customs Teams.  They will be responsible for primarily raising orders and verifying option data to help us meet our ambitious intake targets as we approach peak season. This role would be ideally suited to someone with some previous administrative experience and strong Excel skills.

    You will be… 

    • Ensuring Options and Purchase Orders are all created in an accurate and timely manner

    • Proactively working towards reducing the amount of errors/issues and ensuring all Buying & Merchandising are supported, by overseeing a designated business division area and having regular meetings with them

    • Informing the Commercial Support Coordinator of any problems with orders received from/raised for the Buying and Merchandising Teams

    • Providing support to the Commercial Support Coordinator as required

    • Having full knowledge of team processes and reporting

    • Establishing and maintaining strong collaborative working relationships with the Buying, Merchandising and Commercial Support Team through consistent communication and sharing of information


    We’d love to meet, someone with…

    • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel

    • Experience using Oracle

    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills and an ability to interact at different levels

    • A Team player approach and a multi-tasker, willing to help other team members as well as provide feedback and support to your colleagues when necessary

    • The ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    • The ability to be flexible with ad-hoc and last-minute requests/changes in the daily or weekly workload

    • Strong organisational skills, both on personal and team workload
