Right now, we’re looking to grow the Clarks brand across the world. That’s why we’re looking for a new Commercial Sales & Operations Manager to coordinate all sales activities for Clarks Originals.
The role
There are commercial sales manager roles, and there are commercial sales manager roles within the fast-moving, super-cool world of cutting-edge footwear fashion. This one is definitely the latter. Collaborating with partners in markets across the world, you’ll work with a brand that’s rich in heritage and, with your help, set the trends of the future.
Managing every point on the sell-in to sell-out journey, you’ll help optimise processes ranging from merchandising, sales, marketing and operations so that our commercial partners get the very best Clarks experience. That means working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the business in merchandising, sales, marketing and operations.
You’ll create detailed, highly-organised and segmented sales plans informed by sales data. These will really deliver for your clients and form the basis of strong business relationships that will help gain Clarks an amazing reputation and attract new business. Before you know it, you’ll be building up some real momentum—both commercially and in your career.
A bit about you
You’ll already know the ropes when it comes to account management and commercial planning. Maybe you picked up your experience in a previous footwear retail role—but even if you didn’t, you’ll still be very much in touch with the streetwear segment.
A commercial mover-and-shaker, you’ll be a great negotiator when it comes to getting the best terms out of commercial contracts. Equally, you’ll be able to get the best out of internal stakeholders—because you’re an influencer but also because you’re driven to do your best for all your account holders.
The first point of contact for your commercial partners, your highly-highly developed communication skills inspire confidence and make you a great ambassador for our business. Outgoing, with a positive can-do approach, you’ll be a driving force of our culture here—and you’ll really thrive.
