Frasers Group are currently looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join our growing Projects Team in London, specifically focussing on Beauty. JOB DESCRIPTION

There is no time for hesitation as you will have the chance to really make an impact on the interior fit out of Beauty projects ranging from 5,000sq.ft up to  100,000sq.ft, across multiple brands.

• Driving the end to end delivery of all Beauty projects, ensuring consistency with corporate strategy, commitments and goals
• Delivering all store projects, by managing brand partners, internal/external stakeholders and contracting teams with effective planning and implementation
• Defining project tasks and resource requirements
• Developing project programmes and strategy plans
• Managing capex for project budgets within the overall projects capex
• Managing project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Managing and reporting on progress of the projects to the business and key stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Retail Project Management and Beauty is essential
• Experience with working alongside the Commercial, Buying and Merchandising functions
• Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of project management
• Able to interpret space plans and technical drawings /manufacture details
• Background in Retail Design/shop fitting is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and able to form strong working relationships
• Leads by example, able to influence, lead and motivate others
• Flexible and adaptable to cope with fast track projects and changing business requirements
• Commitment to continuous self-development
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Planning, organising and decision-making skills
• Excellent MS Suite Skills
• Experience using AutoCad, Revit, Microsoft Project 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This role is based at our London Head Office but will involve regular nationwide travel
