Our Commercial Lines Claims Adjusters investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of Progressive's liability concerning loss of damages specific to Commercial products and affects settlement with claimants. Commercial losses handled by Truck specialists most often involve vehicles such as heavy trucks and equipment; but may include other large vehicles (i.e., fire trucks, busses, wreckers etc.).  Accurately estimate the most complex and costly commercial losses. Drives to the vehicle inspection site (large geographic territories; may include multiple states).

Must-have qualifications:

• High School diploma/ GED equivalent or higher.
• 3 years’ experience in one of the following types of positions: Property & Casualty Claims experience or related experiences such as Commercial, Body Shop or Dealership.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently
• Proficient in use of physical damage estimating systems
• Mechanical aptitude including knowledge and hands-on experience related to commercial vehicle repairs

Compensation

• $84,000/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 24% of eligible earnings; Progressive rewards each of us with an annual bonus based on company performance
