The P&L management team is part of the commercial trading function of the Consumer Mobile division. The team drives commercial leadership, strategy and performance management of the P&Ls as well as driving commercial & pricing strategy within proposition design across the Pay Monthly, Pre-Pay and VOXI segments.
What will you be doing?
You'll be responsible for the multi-billion pound Mobile P&L, steering the performance to deliver the revenue & margin targets across the multi-brand portfolio that includes Vodafone pay monthly contract, Talkmobile, Vodafone prepay and VOXI.
You and your team will lead the P&L governance, budget forecasting and operationalisation, owning risk & opportunities management, and as such gets frequent interaction with the consumer leadership team. You will also work with stakeholders across the mobile portfolio to develop and evaluate new ideas and identify performance optimisations to new and inflight products and propositions to close any budget gaps. You will work on revenue generating and cost saving initiatives including helping to ensure they execute ‘in year’ where necessary.

• Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial mind, able to make clear recommendations on key commercial decisions. Experience and track record in successful P&L management, commercial marketing, and planning
• Market Understanding: Thorough understanding of the UK consumer mobile market
• Customer Understanding: Customer centricity, to develop propositions that meet customer insight and make commercial decisions that will earn customer loyalty while maximising life-time value
• Agile: Operating in a dynamic, cross functional environment, adopting agile way of working
