Your role in a nutshell:
Supporting the commercial management of contracts for large strategic customers and managing all of the company's commercial obligations in the contract. You will build deep relationships with customers/ stakeholders and meet/ manage expectations of in-life accounts.

• Experience in customer facing negotiations
• Change/ problem/ incident management or project coordination experience is a huge advantage
• Knowledge of change management process
• Strong MS Excel and Powerpoint skills; Access knowledge is an advantage
• Fluency in English
